Prof. Guangjie Han, IEEE Member, ACM Member, CCF Member, assistant to the dean of Hohai University College of Internet of Things Engineering，deputy director of the Institute of Internet of Things Engineering and Application and the deputy director of Changzhou Key Laboratory of Sensor Network.
